Crude Palm Oil (CPO)
RBD Palm Olein
(CP8 & CP10)
Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is produced from the pulp of the palm fruit. Naturally reddish in colour, it is a rich source of carotenes and vitamin E. Refined Red Palm Oil is used for the treatment and prevention of vitamin A deficiency. Like other crude oils, CPO contains impurities such as gums, pigments, trace metals and a host of other fat soluble compounds. Hence, refining is required. Applications of CPO include cooking oil, bio-diesel, soap etc.
RBD Super Olein (CP6)
Refined Bleached Deodorized (RBD) Palm Olein is a liquid fraction of RBD Palm Oil. Refining Crude Palm Oil (CPO) removes smell and colour. Upon fractionation, we get stearin (solid) and olein (liquid). RBD Palm Olein is clear golden yellow in colour and liquid at room temperature. Its good oxidative stability and fatty acid composition makes RBD Palm Olein is highly suitable and commonly used for as liquid cooking oil especially for frying.
RBD Palm
Stearin
RBD palm stearin is obtained from fractionating refined palm oil to separate olein from stearin. It is a white solid at room temperature, melting to a clear yellow liquid on heating. RBD palm stearin is used in margarine and shortening industries. It is also used in soap, candles and oleochemical industries.
RBD palm olein is obtained from fractionating refined palm oil to separate liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (stearin). It is a clear yellow liquid at room temperature. RBD palm olein is used as cooking oil as well as frying oil for food industries such as snack food and ready-to-eat food. It is also used as a raw material for margarine and shortening.

Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD)
Soap Noodles
Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) is a by-product from refining crude palm oil. It is a light brown solid at room temperature, melting to a brown liquid on heating. Fatty Acid are used in rubber processing, in the flavor and fragrance industry, for manufacturing of candles, cosmetics, toiletries and pharmaceutical products. Palm fatty acid distillate is used in soap industries, animal feed industries and as raw materials for oleochemical industries. Vitamin E can be extracted from PFAD.
Soap Noodles vegetable origin derived from RBD Palm Oil and RBD Palm Kernel oil with required composition blend for soap making. These are 'saponified', usually using sodium hydroxide, to form a salt of the fatty acids. Soap Noodles constitute the very basic form of soap. Different specifications of soap noodles are used depending on the type of soap to be manufactured e.g. toilet soap, laundry soap, translucent soaps, high-lather, medicated, etc. Toilet Soap Noodles is of 100% vegetable origin and Kosher certified.

Oleo- Chemicals Products
Palmitic acid, or hexadecanoic acid (C-16) in IUPAC nomenclature, as its name indicates, it is a major component of the oil from palm trees extracts. These palm fats are produced by reacting palm fatty acid distillate with calcium hydroxide to form a calcium soap. This process protects the fat and allows it to largely bypass the rumen, reducing degradation and allowing the fat to be efficiently utilised by the cow. A High C-16 fat are most widely used protected dairy fats and have been used in the UK for many years.
Refined
Glycerine
Refined Glycerine is colourless and odorless, sweet-tasting viscous liquid and it is hygroscopic. It has well solublizer, plasticizer, moisturizing and preserving agent. It is used as humectants, sweetener, preserver in foods & drinks. It is one of the most widely used ingredients in drugs and pharmaceuticals as well. Other common uses of glycerine includes alkyd resins production, rubber additives, antifreezer. This product is of 100% vegetable origin and Kosher certified.
