Can i order via social media such as facebook, whatsapp, wechat and instagram?
yes, we accept orders from the above media. However we encourage customer to order via our website for a safer transaction.
When can i order?
It is advise that the customer order at least 7 days before the delivery date.
What if i order less than 7 days before the delivery date?
In most cases, we don't accept order less than 7 days before the delivery date.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, all your personal information are confidential.
Which bank can i use to make the order?
Only Maybank is available at the moment.
What areas of Malaysia does Faborito provide?
Currently, we only deliver to Kuala Lumpur- Klang Valley, Banting, Putrajaya, Seremban and Senawang.
What are the delivery charges?
Kuala Lumpur - Klang Valley = RM 25
Putrajaya-Banting-Puchong = RM 35
Seremban- Senawang = RM 45
How long does it takes to delivery the cake?
We provide the best delivery to our customer. We will deliver the cake to the specific date and time.
