Taka Turbomachinery Indonesia comprise of all aspects of company business since marketing aspect, receiving of equipment, production processes, delivery of equipment until payment process from customer. According to company business process, quality management system of PT. Taka Turbomachinery Indonesia not included Design and development paragraph 7.3 of ISO 9001:2000. Detail of company business processes accomplished foundation to set up Manual Procedures.

 

Documentation System of Quality and Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) management system of PT. Taka Turbomachinery Indonesia consist of 4 levels which interrelated once to another as follow:

 

LEVEL I : QUALITY MANUAL

This level describe company vision-mission, policy, organization, scope & business process, and Quality and Health, Safety & Environment management system as general.

 

LEVEL II : MANUAL PROCEDURE

This level describe interrelated responsibilities between departments/units and top management in execution of certain process in sequences of company business process.

 

LEVEL III : WORK PROCEDURE, STANDARD and JSA (Job Safety Analysis)

Work Procedure described detail steps execution of specific process. Standard content of values or acceptance criteria of certain process. JSA is document content of potential hazard identification and preventive action from certain activities.

 

LEVEL 4 : FORM

Form is document content off records process execution.
