AGSS is now led by a chairman and two directors who have been advancing and improving the level of service the company became a best security company in the security services industry in Malaysia.

In accordance with the rules of the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the current development and expansion AGSS and growing workloads, the fraction AGSS organization formed to several managers, including General Manager, Operations Manager, Administration and Human Resources, Accounts and Finance Manager, Logistics Manager and Vehicle Marketing Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager, 'CIT', Training and Course Manager and Branch Manager.

Each branch AGSS managed by a branch manager and a number of officers and other staff. While each branch of the domestic economy, supported by small branches to facilitate AGSS for the operation if not properly managed by large branches. This is also to facilitate clients in relation to AGSS if there is any problem at any time.
